We are a team of athletes who aspire to be at the top of the podium. To do that, we use the most advanced coaching techniques in existence:

Every athlete is given a Whoop device to monitor their body’s response to the training. This device utilizes HRV, Sleep Quality, and RHR. The most cutting edge objective recovery feedback.

Workouts are programmed weekly and modified daily based on how you’re feeling and recovering. You’ll capitalize on the good days and rest when you and your body needs it. Not when a training plan says to.

We believe in the Right Fuel, Right Time approach to performance nutrition. Every workout has nutritional guidance to help you reap all the benefit from every single workout.

Application preview
Every athlete has their unique workout prescription delivered right to their phone. These sessions include swim, bike, run, and strength. Performance Management metrics like TSB, CTL, and ATL are displayed on high-level workout calendar.

All interval-based workouts will push automatically to your Garmin device. All you need to do is hit start and your watch will guide your through warm-ups, interval pacing and distance, recoveries, and cool-downs!
Our platform is also compatible with Apple Watch thru a third-party integration.

This cutting-edge application includes a calendar and data analysis dashboards to show you everything you have done and everything you’ll need to do to achieve your goals. If you’re familiar with TrainingPeaks, we have all of the same features and more!

Team pricing
My mission is to work with the most dedicated athletes. Endurance racing is a big time and financial commitment. Therefore all pricing is negotiable and can be cancelled at any time.
This program is for University of Minnesota Triathlon Team members and athletes competing in Swimming, Cross-Country, and/or Track. Athletes get to choose their pricing based on their personal financial situations.
